The project is a community building that will serve as a center for local artisans, creators, and farmers to display and sell their goods without any fees and for the community to easily access locally and naturally grown produce. The project is also a multi-function space for community gatherings like classes, seminars, talks, and workshops. The project is highly durable against typhoons as it functions as an evacuation center during and after natural calamities. The building has nine connected pillars that represent the nine local municipalities of the island; it was also shaped like a surfing board that represents the island as the top surfing destination in the country.
